If tip a waiter if all you order is the beer?

If tip a waiter if all you order is the beer? I mean, all they have to do is grab the beer and what you or poured into a glass and hand to you. It seems fairly minimal, so why should be removed them? Why I feel cheap for not tipping a waiter when ill ask is for them to take something that is quite expensive (sometimes $ 4 for a beer). Do not tip the people from Wall-Mart or Burger King to deliver what you pay for. So why do other people feel bad about not leaving a tip at the bar!

I do not tip a waiter unless he is making a mixed drink. I * do * end of a waitress brings me a drink at the bar. I tip waitresses in restaurants, a barber, unless you own the barber shop and taxi drivers. I do not feel cheap for not tipping as some people. Never had a job where I made a lot of money, and I feel no obligation to appear to be richer than me. I do not mind if someone screams: "You are old cheap" or "What stingy.
